TWENTY ONE PERCENT!!!!

Petronas recorded pre-tax net profit of a whopping 21.8% for it’s fiscal year ending 31st March 2006. It’s net profit was increased 22.6% to RM43.6 billion from RM35.6 billon. From all the earnings, 41.7 billion was paid to the Government.

And this news is on the front page of Utusan Malaysia.

I wonder how fast Malaysians can count and then blame Petronas on not sacrificing a meagre 9% of their net profit to help Malaysians and stabilise the oil price, during the 30 sen price hike?

Or is it just the ever speculative Mr Lizzam?

I’d better prepare my spam guards as these kind of things usually produce more spam rabbits reproducing.
